A decade ago, owners Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding expanded their homebrew shop, the Brew Hut, by adding a seven BBL brewhouse and tasting room in the back room. By word of mouth, the 900-square-foot brewery established itself early on as a community gathering place, and Aurora’s microbrewery. Vanilla Porter was created by Dry Dock Co-Owner, Kevin DeLange, and first brewed in 2006 on a 7 barrel brewhouse in the original 900-square-foot tasting room and brewery.

Casey Brewing and Blending is the idea of bringing back old-world brewing techniques to the modern day consumer. Our beers are created with over 99% local Colorado ingredients and 100% bottle conditioned. In 2012, Colorado ranked 5th nationally in craft breweries per capita.
